1. It don't help my defense because they let him go. so it is difficult on why they did that.

i agree because he should not have done  that due to all the pain the people and world went threw inacent people died in this ship.For killing inasent people is why they seeking it. I don't know if it showed be allowed i think that life sentence is a good punishment.
